I was never blessed with a "green thumb" but have great appreciation for those who are and I am also blessed to live next to a lady who is a great gardener. In spring especially her yard is awash with color and many different varieties of flowers and plants. Early one morning I crept over to photograph some of her unusual tulips in the low sunlight of a new day. This palette knife painting is the result and I hope to do many more in honor of her efforts!
